About this tool

The Shared Document tool lets you create and collaborate on documents in real-time with your team.

Documents are stored securely — metadata in our CMS and content as GitHub Gists. Invite collaborators by email or user ID, or set your document to public for anyone to view.

Real-time editing is powered by WebSocket connections, so every change appears instantly for all connected collaborators.

How to use

1Sign in to your account to create a new document.
2Give your document a title and start writing content.
3Use the share panel to invite collaborators or set the document to public.
4Collaborate in real-time — changes sync instantly for all editors.
5Download your document as Markdown when you're done.
